Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing
  • Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
  • Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
  • Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
  • Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

A physical miniature. Choose your preferred finish and check the listing for scale and production details.

The story

Stonewurm Riders Dwarf Miniatures

Nobody rides a stonewurm. Riders are carried, and the distinction is taken seriously underground.

The wurms cut the deep tunnels and have done since long before the holds existed; the dwarfs simply worked out, a few centuries in, how to be welcome on one. It involves heat, a particular mineral, and a great deal of patience, and it has to be renegotiated with each animal individually. A rider who loses the arrangement does not fall off. The wurm simply goes somewhere else, at speed, with him still attached.

Holds that have stonewurm riders do not build gates on their lower levels. There is no point.

A big sculpt with two textures fighting for attention — keep the wurm's hide matte and mineral, the dwarfs' armour bright and hard, and put all the colour on the harness.

Sculpted by the studio credited above. Printed in Croatia by Vault of Delights.
