Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.

The story

Goblin Chief Miniature

A goblin chief is chosen for judgement and removed for using it badly, usually quite quickly.

The job is not to lead the fight. The job is to decide, hour by hour, whether there is going to be one — and a chief who gets that wrong twice does not get a third opportunity, because a convoy that stops being fast stops existing. It selects for a very specific kind of goblin: cautious, unsentimental, and extremely good at reading how much time is left.

The successful ones are remembered for what the convoy avoided.

Authority scaled down — keep the kit better than the crew's but still improvised, and let one looted piece of finery be the badge of office.
