Made to order — prepared before dispatch

The thunder dragon at large scale — spined and storm-built, for the encounter that arrives with the weather. Printed to order in Croatia and supplied unpainted.

Why this piece matters

Make the table stop for a second.

Some models are not just enemies. They are the moment everyone remembers: the boss reveal, the shelf centerpiece, the paint project you keep looking back at.

Ideal for boss encounters and dramatic campaign scenes
Strong as a display piece or painting challenge
Made for hobbyists who love a big table moment

If this product is listed as unpainted, it is also a quiet paint-desk project: prime it, choose the mood, and make it yours.

Blue Thunder Dragon Large Miniature is a high-quality 3D printed fantasy miniature from Vault of Delights, made for tabletop campaigns, painting projects, and display.

Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing

Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

The story

Blue Thunder Dragon Large Miniature

Thunder dragons do not live in the storm. They live slightly ahead of it.

The pattern is old enough that coastal towns forecast by it: the dragon passes, and eleven hours later the weather arrives. Nobody has satisfactorily explained the relationship. The prevailing view among people who actually live under the flight path is that it is not causing the storms and is not fleeing them either — it simply knows, the way a bird knows, and has been kind enough to be visible about it.

Two harbours in the north ring their bells when they see it. It has never attacked either of them.

A big centrepiece that wants restraint in the electricity — deep blue scale, cold pale underbelly, and light confined to the wing membranes and the throat so it reads as charge rather than glow.

Sculpted by the studio credited above. Printed in Croatia by Vault of Delights.
