Why this piece matters

Every party feels better with a companion.

Companions add warmth to the table. They make characters feel lived-in, give players something personal to point at, and turn small moments into memorable ones.

Great for familiars, pets, mounts, and story NPCs
Adds personality to character scenes and travel moments
A fun, calmer painting project between larger models

If this product is listed as unpainted, it is also a quiet paint-desk project: prime it, choose the mood, and make it yours.

Animal Companion Miniature is a high-quality 3D printed fantasy miniature from Vault of Delights, made for tabletop campaigns, painting projects, and display.

Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing

Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

A physical miniature. Choose your preferred finish and check the listing for scale and production details.

The story

Protection Dogs Companion Miniatures — Verdant Hideout

The dogs came with one of the crew and stayed when she did not.

Nobody in the Verdant hideout will discuss it in any detail. The arrangement now is that the dogs belong to everybody, are fed by everybody, and have the run of a camp that is otherwise extremely particular about who touches what. They are good at the job — better than a sentry, awake at different hours, and entirely uninterested in bribes.

The crew's newest member spent a month assuming they were trained. They are not. They simply have not been given a reason to leave.

Working animals rather than pets — lean, scarred, alert, with the coats kept dark and functional and the only bright note in a collar somebody clearly made by hand.
